Hi Lyn,
The only thing I can suggest is to try the link above to Barnes & Noble. The website says that to see the shipping fees for an order shipping internationally, you have to create the order and begin the checkout process. According to the site, they will show you what the shipping charges will be before you place the order.
If you don’t mind a digital book, you might also consider getting the Kindle version from Amazon. You don’t have to own a Kindle. Amazon has a free “e-reader” that works on notebooks and other devices. I’ve used it on my laptop.
Thank you so much for your interest in our cookbook. I’m just sorry that I can’t be more help!

Pam Farmer says
Can a sugar substitute be used in your dessert recipes? And can silicone muffin cups be used in place of aluminum ones?
I bought a copy of The Air Fryer Bible for myself, and like it so much I got one for my daughter. It has so many good recipes!
Susan LaBorde says
Hi Pam,
I’m sorry I don’t know how to advise you on using sugar substitutes because I haven’t tried it. From past experience with other recipes I can tell you that I’ve gotten mixed results. Sometimes you can slide by, and other times it doesn’t work well at all. Sorry, wish I knew more to help you!
And yes, silicone muffin cups work GREAT in an air fryer. I use them all the time!
I’m delighted to hear you’re enjoying The Air Fryer Bible. Elizabeth and I wanted to create recipes that would help people enjoy their air fryers as much as we do ours!
Best,
Susan
